1. To love God, to love his word and to love to pray
2. For Ukraine to be a shepherd nation, raise up 7000 disciples of Jesus and send out missionaries in XXI century (1000 missionaries until 2041)
3. By 2010 our ministry may grow in quantity and quality and double in size. To send out pioneers to 12 regions of Ukraine.
4. So that God would give Dr. Peter Kim his word and Holy Spirit on Bible study and message preparation.
5. To have 120 Bible studies and 100 Sunday Worship attendants by the end of the year, that each shepherd may give spiritual birth to 1 disciple
6. May God use Kiev UBF in world mission to pioneer Muslim nations and CIS nations to be used by God like Antioch church
